TikTok for Business is a platform designed by TikTok to help brands and marketers create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on the app. My team at Social Chain was tasked to manage TikTok for Business’s social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, curating educational and entertaining content for business and small business audiences, and foster a positive and curious community on these social media platforms.

By leveraging a deep understanding of TikTok’s unique platform dynamics and audience behavior, we crafted social media content that stays true to the TikTok brand—authentic, scrappy, entertaining, and informational. Within four months, we achieved 21% in follower growth, and 29% in engagement rate increase.

At the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in 2023, TikTok played a significant role by both hosting engaging events and earning prestigious awards. TikTok created an immersive experience called the "TikTok Gardens," a captivating space that embodied the brand's creativity and fun nature.  

Social Chain produced a series of top-performing content documenting the Cannes Lions Festival, worked with creators from different categories, curating social media content that spoke to the TikTok for Business audience in different ways.
